A well-established firm based in York is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their own diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex property transactions.

If you have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing and enjoy managing a varied caseload from start to finish, this could be the ideal role for you.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • A positive, commercial approach to legal advice
  • Strong client relationship-building skills
  • Excellent client care standards
