Bramah HR are recruiting for a Deputy Park manager to join one of our fantastic clients based in the York area. This is an ideal role for an individual that showcases high energy, is keen on working in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service experience. Working for a collaborative team this role requires someone who has good food and beverage operations experience and is used to managing people teams to ensure high quality service is being delivered to visitors at all times. Responsibilities: - To manage the day to day operations of the site, coordinating people teams, dealing with customer enquiries and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - To assist in leading the on site F&B function coordinating daily operations, managing stock and ensuring food hygiene compliance. - To assist in strategic direction of the site working closely with the park manager bringing new ideas to enhance or add to service offerings. - To deal with any customer complaints or escalations should the need arise. - To ensure health and safety procedures and measures are being adhered to at all times. Experience: - Food and Beverage operations experience is essential. - Strong communication skills both written and verbally. - High energy and a great people person. - Previous management experience in the hospitality or leisure sectors desirable. - Good leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. This role will require some weekend work and is an on site position full time.
