The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in managing complex care packages and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
- Take ownership of complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
- Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
