Job Description:We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join a team at a factory facility in York. This is a temporary role for up to 4 weeks, supporting production, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general tasks around the site.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with loading/unloading materials and stock movement
- Keeping the factory floor clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting machine operators and other staff as needed
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Performing manual handling tasks and general labouring duties
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting (preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
- Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis vest)
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start available
- Up to 4 weeks of work
