Qualified Social Worker - Older People Team
You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based in the Powys area. This is a role in a small, dynamic team who will concentrate on completing outstanding reviews for adults receiving care and support. You will need to have at least 2 years social work experience and to be registered with Social Care Wales.
