The Data Specialist will work as part of a small team to develop Data solutions for internal departments across the organization to drive data insights. Responsibilities include creating dashboards and data pipelines, ETL processes, gathering requirements, etc.

We are looking for a Data Analytics Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Analytics Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. You will work closely with our team of data analysts and data scientists to ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics
Experience Level: Preferred experience level is 0 to 2 years.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python)
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience with cloud-based data storage (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
