Come be a part of our mission. Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team in a Principal Info Systems Project Management role supporting a forward-deployed site. Act in a liaison role between the site and the factory. Understand the site’s needs and support the design, build, and implementation of those needs. Work with the factory team (Aurora, CO) to determine funding requirements and implementation schedules. Job responsibilities include: Support new capability discussion to include authoring required artifacts implement solutions aligned to schedule Advocate for site needs from a resource, funding and schedule perspective. Ensure the site has the necessary physical resources to fulfill their mission. Support high profile events such as meetings and exercises. Generate factory documentation to support implementation of capabilities. Coordinate phased delivery of lab upgrades/expansions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master’s degree; 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated communication skills – ability to clearly articulate objectives with both front end and backend customers Ability to interface publicly and provide concise briefings at major events. Ability to transcribe development discussions into descriptive processing artifacts to include requirements generation, risk, data flows, etc. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required at time of application. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive technical knowledge. Ability to discuss site concerns on a technical level. Master’s degree (i.e. MBA, math, computer science, engineering).
