The Pediatric Float Pool Nurse is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering exceptional pediatric critical care. This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to providing the best care to critically ill pediatric patients. As a member of the Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and their families receive the highest quality care during their most critical moments. Who Should Apply:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • RN work experience required in a PICU, PCICU, and/or NICU

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49 per hour - Maximum 59.66 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
