Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Test Conductor – Mission Planner Instructor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at Beale AFB, CA. Job Duties: Responsible for producing mission plans to meet training objectives and provide training to meet customer requirements. Conducts classroom, small group, and individual training events, reviews progress of training and produce reports as needed. Serves as liaison to program, engineering and line management. Assesses anomalies and develops resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Staff Test Conductors/Mission Planners and engineering.
