Essential Functions: Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW), system requirements, and manage scope control of technical team. Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle. Support proposal development and new program acquisition efforts. Interpret statements of work assigned by program leadership. Develop and execute to meet project budgets and schedules, including critical path management, Estimates-at-Completion (EACs), and workload forecasts. This position is contingent upon Award. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree with 10 years of experience or a PhD with 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields. Experience in agile software development methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum or Kanban. Experience in developing and maintaining requirements and technical documentation. Able to prioritize, execute and delegate tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Basic Understanding of MBSE tools and software, such as Cameo Enterprise Architect or other industry-specific MBSE tools. Ability to work 100% on-site full-time in Bellevue, NE. Active Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using MBSE & Cameo. Data Analysis & RF Mission processing.
