About The Position
An Outpatient Clinic is seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located off the coast near Marthas Vineyard, Massachusetts.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule of either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with no call or weekend requirements. The daily caseload is 1622 patients, focused on adults 18+, managing approximately 100 patients from a 1,600-patient panel. Required certifications include an MA license, DEA, and BLS. COVID vaccination is not required. Credentialing is fast, typically completed in 34 weeks. While experience with HIV/AIDS, Hep B/C, and LBTI is a plus, it's not mandatory. The ideal candidate has a strong primary care background and is comfortable managing complex conditions and diverse patient demographics.
