As a member of the Inventory Receiving Team, provide support of Central Fill operations such as receipt of goods, put away, restocking product and cycle counts. Maintain continuous, consistent inventory workflow levels, identifying and removing any barriers. Assist supervision in planning, organizing and executing work assignments for Mail/Specialty/Inventory teams. Assure facility can support customer needs through process of formulary changes, mapping files, Backorder, Inventory management and mail and specialty team assignments. Execute all inventory receiving functions according to SOP’s. Inspire clear and consistent communication to assist management and fellow employees and positively contributing to the overall facilities success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inventory workflow of facility in accordance with daily goals and functions
  • Adherence and compliance to policies, procedures/ SOP’s and Safety guidelines of facility
  • Communicate with peers and supervisors about operational concerns, assist in resolving these concerns and issues as they arise. Execute planned work assignments as assigned and needed
  • Perform inventory management functions when necessary such as receiving, product put-away, Return To Stock, INMAR returns, reconciliation processing, cycle count process, shipping and returns processing, product additions and subtractions, outdates, backorder and mapping files.
  • Proficiencies with Microsoft Office and Inventory programs at a medium skill level. Functions such as: sorting data, v-lookup.
  • Provide peer support and mentoring to fellow employees. Provide inventory specific training to peers as needed
  • Adhere to and promote the company’s ICARE/ILEAD Principles
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams
  • Any other assigned tasks

Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Critical Skills

  • Self-starter
  • Central Fill production and/or previous receiving or inventory experience preferred
  • Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge/familiarity with production and inventory functions and/or background preferred
  • Must meet company established attendance requirements and guidelines.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking frequently throughout shift
  • Ability to perform lifting (weights based on product)-Pallet jacks, bending, reaching
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime

$15.79 - $26.31
