Hourly Rates:Â $34 - $38 per hour depending on experience
In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Registered Nurse (RN)

As a IHSS Registered Nurse (RN), here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:Â
- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments.
- Evaluate and develop plan of care for patient.
- Counsel and educate the patient and family in meeting healthcare/nursing and related needs.
- Supervise IHSS staff.
- Contribute to the effective implementation of company programs and services.
- Administer skills validation tests and provide training as needed.
- Provide a professional, respectful, and compassionate experience of care to all patients.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active in Colorado.
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
- At least six (6) months of hands on clinical experience.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of Home Care experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Willing to travel to surrounding areas
- Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
