Practice Highlights:

  • Work closely on-site with medical providers and allied staff to address the behavioral health needs of our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine primary care patients. 
  • Access to an adult neuropsychologist for additional testing and services for long-term therapy and medication management.

  • Open to newly licensed behavioral health providers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partners with another integrated behavioral health provider (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine patients. 
  • Consult with referring providers when appropriate
  • Treat a variety of patients including complex patients with comorbidities. 
  • Conduct assessments and interventions with a short-term model (typically 1 to 6 sessions).
  • Coordinate referral of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health. 
  • Collaborate with other integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization. 
  • Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients 
  • Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions
  • Practice evidence-based medicine
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients in an integrated behavioral health model

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy, outpatient clinic preferred
