TRC’s client is a global leader in manufacturing industrial coatings looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.

Job Description:

Perform installation, corrective maintenance or preventative maintenance/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking and closure.
Train operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
Escalate complex situations to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Continuously improve the level of housekeeping and implement 5S throughout the facility.
Monitor machine spares for equipment and flag up shortages, obsolescence, and inventory requirements.
Learn and implement advanced PdM techniques (thermographic imaging, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, oil analysis).

Requirements:

Associate's degree in industrial systems, mechatronics, or equivalent field with 3 years of experience in manufacturing; or High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior work experience with PLCs and electrical maintenance
Daily and weekend overtime may be required
Must be willing to work altered shift schedules as needed to support the business
Proficient in MS Suite
