Job Description: Â
- Perform installation, corrective maintenance or preventative maintenance/predictive maintenance on production equipment.Â
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking and closure. Â
- Train operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks. Â
- Escalate complex situations to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor as needed. Â
- Continuously improve the level of housekeeping and implement 5S throughout the facility. Â
- Monitor machine spares for equipment and flag up shortages, obsolescence, and inventory requirements. Â
- Learn and implement advanced PdM techniques (thermographic imaging, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, oil analysis). Â
- Associate's degree in industrial systems, mechatronics, or equivalent field with 3 years of experience in manufacturing; or High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Â
- Prior work experience with PLCs and electrical maintenance Â
- Daily and weekend overtime may be required Â
- Must be willing to work altered shift schedules as needed to support the business Â
- Proficient in MS Suite
- $30-35 p/h depending on experience Â
