Drill & Grind Operator 

Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX

  

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.  

Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

We are looking for Drill and Grind Operator in  our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets. 

 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Drills or routers appropriate holes according to specifications, using powered tools. 

  • Trim and grind all edges to meet dimensional specifications. 

  • Make necessary adjustments to equipment to ensure quality work. 

  • Maintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in clean working condition. 

  • Practices and follows all required safety regulations. 

  • Performs all duties as assigned by supervision. 

  • Trim units according to specs. 

  • Requires heavy, repetitive lifting. 

  • Must be able to operate trimming, grinding, drilling and routering equipment. 

  • Must be able to distinguish between shades of color.   

  • Requires exposure to heat, chemicals, dust and high noise levels.

Key Qualifications 

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience. 

  • Requires moderate physical demand.  

  • Requires ability to process a designated number of units.  

  • Must be able to work scheduled overtime.  

  • Possibility of reduced work hours.
