Supply Chain Coordinator
Location:Â 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067
Objective: The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the team with the execution of supply chain objectives. The coordinator provides strong organizational support maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to the goals and objectives established by the supply chain team
- Coordinate the requisition, verification, and approval of purchase order generation for various supplies and/or pharmaceuticals
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Enter and maintain data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Provide ERP field support as needed
- Execute invoice review and reconciliation with Accounts Payable and vendors for leadership approval
- Escalate issues appropriately and handle in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain required
- Minimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferred
- ERP system experience preferred
- Microsoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel
- This is a Full-Time position.
- Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m.
- Travel is not expected for this position.
