Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for either a Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 3) or Senior Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. The selected candidate will support the Air Dominance F-35 team to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization. Essential Functions: Strategizes, develops, and manages comprehensive export/import authorizations to ensure compliance with US and foreign regulations. Follows business processes pertaining to export/import requirements and all necessary export and import licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations. Establishes and maintains relations with appropriate government regulatory agencies and internal customers. Assures trade compliance through gate reviews for technical data, foreign travel, foreign visits and export and import shipments. Support internal trade compliance assessments and audits, including required documentation preparation and reviews with management, auditors, and legal counsel. Maintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This requisition may be filled as either a Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst or Senior Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst. Basic Qualifications for the Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in export licensing OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Basic Qualifications for the Senior Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst: Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in export licensing OR a Master's Degree with 6 years of related experience. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on a complex and high-volume production program. Experience with OCR's EASE application (EEMS). Experience with SAP / GTS application. Active DOD Secret Clearance with investigation completed within the last 5 years.
