The Technical Deployment lead a team of implementers (architects, engineers, system analyst, application analyst, or equivalent) to issue, create, and deliver technical outcomes for projects or programs. Develops, directs, and monitors deployment activities across multiple simultaneous projects. Manages the day-to-day deployment activities of a team of implementers ensuring successful completion of deployments. Owns and drives delivery of the organization’s commitments and SLA’s. Manages escalations and removes roadblocks impacting project milestones and service delivery. Manages deployment dependencies across project tasks. Works within the project and agile teams to ensure the delivery of defined outcomes and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with implementers, project teams, and leaders to understand business drivers / Information Technology requirements for system deployments and project initiatives. Successfully work with stakeholders across multiple teams to meet successful project outcomes and objectives. Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams and individuals to manage large, multimillion-dollar, multi-region IT projects. Work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail. Support the purchase request process to include the collection of data to track annual/project-based deliverables. Work closely with third party vendors for latest industry standards, pricing structures, purchase orders and delivery timelines. Deliver on the job training to new deployment analyst / leads. Helps prepare and present deployment plans. Responsible for documenting process engagement with cross functional areas. Ensures that objectives, KPIs and results reporting are being communicated to stakeholders. Engages all stakeholders in continual discovery to determine if launch support activities are effective and optimized – driving continuous improvement. Ensures deployment activities adhere to all security protocols and policies to protect the integrity of our business and our clients’ businesses. Takes initiative to help inform others on the team. Strong communication skills include writing and speaking, and presentations. Provide presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings. Mentor junior members of the team. Other duties as assigned.
