• Setting: Emergency Medicine
• Schedule: Flexible, ongoing
• Trauma: Trauma Level II
• Physician Shifts Available:  6a-6p, 6p-6a
• Admission Rate: 8.75%
• Patients/Hour: approx. 1.78
• EMR: Cerner

• License: Current Indiana State License with Unrestricted DEA
• Boards: ABEM, ABFM, ABIM
• Ceritifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS for non EM boards
• Experience: Recent/Ongoing ED Experience
