The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area (depending on size of business) with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assignedProvide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followedDevelop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standardsResolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of business analysis concepts and procedures and basic knowledge of other areasWork as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as neededProvide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sourcesQualifications:10+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated leadershipConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational linesProven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniquesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering.
