A Human Resource Assistant at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position is a seasonal hourly position. Season beings February 10th, 2025.
Â
Some specific tasks that a Human Resource Assistant might be responsible for include:Â
Â
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and reviewing information for accuracy and compliance.
- Responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and referring them to the appropriate resources as needed.Â
- Maintaining employee records, including updating personal information, and tracking sick time.Â
- Assisting with development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.Â
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the human resources department.Â
- Work on specialized projects in areas such as recruitment, training, and ambassador engagement/relations, as assigned.
- Assist in wardrobe distribution as directed by manager. This includes use of POS to properly "check out" uniforms to new hires, exchange uniforms for current ambassadors, and laundering returned uniforms prior to reshelving.
