As a Recruiter, you will be front and center in the Worlds of Fun's seasonal hiring experience! As a part of a recruiting team, you will own the candidate process from start to finish! This position is a seasonal hourly position. Season begins February 10th, 2025.
Â
Some specific tasks that a Recruiter might be responsible for include:Â
Â
- Attends on-site and off-site recruitment functions to attract talented individuals to our organizationÂ
- Reviews applications for seasonal positions and contacts qualified candidatesÂ
- Ensures applicants meet eligibility requirements and recommends other positions they may be more qualified forÂ
- Utilize various tools (Phone, Text, Email, Microsoft (word and excel), etc.) to contact applicants and track the hiring processÂ
- Ability to make multiple calls daily to engage applicants through the hiring processÂ
- Ensures applicants pre-boarding paperwork is completed for onboarding
- Assists in writing reports and researching statistical information as directed by managerÂ
- Assists with the FUNraising program, including developing and maintaining relationships with groups, managing check in process and preparing remunerations.Â
