Medical Floor Technician

Floor Technician at National Maintenance Contractors (NMC).

Shift: Monday through Friday; 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Location: Tri-Cities, WA

Requirements:

• You must be at or over 18 years old.
• Floor Care experience – scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and stripping hard floors or carpets. Minimum of 6 months of experience
• Must have a valid driver's license, to operate a company vehicle.
• A pre-employment drug test as well as a criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Buffing
• Stripping and waxing hard floors
• Carpet cleaning using power equipment
• Driving a company vehicle to multiple locations throughout the week, and completed Floor care tasks.
