What you’ll be doing:Â
- Prepare program customers pricing documents, handle system pricing updates for all programÂ
- customers, and coordinate the pricing process approval
- Support 80 Sales Associates that Manage our largest customers that spend over $10K
- Processes new sales leads as necessary
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Review specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customerÂ
- experience
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Data Hygiene
- Assist with ad-hoc sales and marketing projects
- Hands on experience with Sales Force
- Prepares Sales business reviews and tradeshows through reporting, research, power pointÂ
- presentations, and any required printed material
- Prepare customers pricing document.
- Handles item look ups for pricing to assist sales and bids teams to win new business
- Handle system pricing updates for all program customers

- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Provide support to customers on issues pertaining to their order status

- Perform activities that allow sales team to maximize their selling time, reach company sales goalsÂ

- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to a varied audience

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- General computer skills & basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

- 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
