MDA is seeking a Staff Requirements and Test Plans Systems Engineer with demonstrated ability to lead development of new technologies to support our innovative MDA team in support of emerging supercomputing technologies. Role and Responsibilities Support the Systems Architect with any program specific responsibilities allocated to the role, including but not limited to: Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical constraints Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications Contribute to technical work products developed by the larger engineering team, supporting design reviews, integration and test activities as needed Develop thorough definition of system interfaces Determines specs and working parameters for ASIC / System compatibility Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies and developing strategies for their insertion into both legacy and next-generation systems This position is contingent on clearance. This position will serve 100% on-site in Linthicum / Annapolis Junction, MD.
