We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedĀ SLED Healthcare Account ManagerĀ to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities within the SLED healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling storage solutions to healthcare organizations within the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

Ā 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in the SLED healthcare sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare and IT executives
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizations and position our storage solutions as valuable assets to address their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of healthcare customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our storage solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications

Ā 

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within the SLED sector
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of storage solutions and their application in healthcare environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers in the healthcare sector
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $259,000 - $335,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
