Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for either a Level 3 Principal Proposal Analyst or a Level 4 Senior Principal Proposal Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be on site in Melbourne, Florida. The Level 3 Principal Proposal Analyst or a Level 4 Senior Principal Proposal Analyst will develop and plan the Supply Chain Financial Forecasting through collecting and tracking supplier invoices and actuals. The selected candidate will ensure alignment between the CAM, SMT, Subcontract Admins, Business Management and Supplier forecasts. The selected candidate will be a key participant in ensuring EV guidelines are met and communicated to the Cost Management Team. Communications across functions is key to collecting and reporting the financial details of the Program. The analyst works within NG tools such as SAP to pull, manipulate, and analyze financial data to continually plan and forecast. Specific duties include: Update Supplier forecasts monthly, Conduct weekly meetings to review forecasts & disclose concerns, Collect reasoning for & document variances in actuals from the plan, Report how variances impact the future Supplier financials, Understand cost structure and drivers to support analysis and forecasting. Delivering high quality financial analysis and forecasts to support corporate decision making. This requisition may be filled as either a Principal Proposal Analyst or a Senior Principal Proposal Analyst.
