Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Product Support Manager 2 (Training) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Melbourne, FL. This position is fully onsite with no remote work available. Candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the Training System requirements Analysis (TSRA), development of all training courseware, and standup and utilization of a LMS/LCMS to support the program. Successful candidate will develop/manage metrics that drive outcomes for cost/schedule, engage in process improvements, quality of training courseware products and implementation of Instructional System Design (ISD) practices during Training development. Responsibilities include leading a team to establish, plan, and deliver recommended solutions to functional requirements associated with program and Training System requirements. Responsibilities include: Cost, schedule, and technical performance for all training aspects of program performance on a EMD-type contract. Leadership of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Provide weekly status and reporting. Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Able to present to all levels of leadership and customers. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Advance knowledge of ISD principals and process. Advance knowledge of the TSRA process and procedures. Strong background in Earned Value Management principles.
