Endoscopy Center of Lake County is looking to add a Full Time GI Tech who is a team player to our Outpatient GI Center!

As a GI Scope Tech at Endoscopy Center of Lake County, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care.

We take pride in our friendly and supportive work environment, where continuity and trust are nurtured through stable and long-lasting relationships with our patients. While we work collaboratively as a group, each patient is assigned a dedicated gastroenterologist, ensuring personalized care and attention.

GI Tech at Endoscopy Center of Lake County:

The GI Tech assists in procedures and handles equipment including reprocessing and specimen handling.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •        High School diploma or GED required
  •       Computer skills, required
  •       Previous GI experience preferred
  •       Previous instrument processing experience preferred
  •       Ability to prepare reports and keep records
  •       Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
  •       Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
  •       Must understand the principles of aseptic technique and implementation of work processes through this technique
  •       Must have flexibility and assist in other ASC duties as needed. Will be cross trained to our procedure room tech position.
