The Life Insurance Advisor is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing customized solutions, and selling life insurance products to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, primarily in the Latin American market. This position involves working closely with BSI Financial Advisors and Bankers to design financial strategies that align with the client's financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs. The Life Insurance Advisor provides end-to-end support to clients throughout the entire insurance application process. The individual possesses strong knowledge of the insurance industry and demonstrated experience in selling insurance products to HNW and UHNW in the Latin American Market.
The Life Insurance Advisor participates in special projects, as requested by immediate supervisor.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Develops and executes quarterly business development plans in accordance with sales management and objectives surrounding the marketing and promotion of investment products and services.
- Identify opportunities, promote tailored solutions, and sell insurance products to high net worth individuals.
- Develop a strategy and a customized insurance plan based on clients' financial situation, risk profile, and needs.
- Create financial plans and presentations for clients in alignment with BSI Financial Advisors and Bankers.
- Assist clients throughout the entire insurance application process included but not limited to, reviewing personal and financial information, beneficiary information, and other. Provide support in the underwriting process and facilitate communication between all parties.             Â
- Achieves and exceeds individual and branch related sales and revenue goals as defined on a quarterly basis.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable bank, broker/dealer, State and Federal regulations associated with the sale of investment and insurance products including any Policy Statement governing the sale of uninsured products.
- Provides leads to branch personnel for the sale of other bank products and services such as deposit accounts and loans.
- Attends and proactively participates in sales meetings, training initiatives, and planning sessions related to the development and growth of the program.
- Maintains accuracy of records, operational procedures and provides sales and activity reports per management request in a timely and efficient manner.
- Builds strong internal and external relationships in an effort to develop referral sources and meet appointment objectives.
- Maintains required professional training and license requirements, including knowledge of FINRA compliance, FDIC compliance, the Company Products Policy Statement and all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provides mentoring and coaching to all Licensed Bank Employees (LBEs) assigned within your branch territory.
- Leads frequent client appointments, seminars and branch training sessions in an effort to secure long-term client relationships.
- Provides sales leadership to internal business partners regarding investment and insurance products.
- Creates strong internal and external relationships in an effort to develop referral sources and meet appointment objectives.
- Support clients with claims processing and any other insurance related matter.                                      Â

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent field. Req

Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuities Agent license. Req
Series 7 Pref

Work Experience:
6+ Years Experience in Financial Services, Investment Consultancy/Guidance, Financial Consulting, or related experience. Req
