This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do: The qualified candidate will report to the Team Lead in AVE Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout. They will design, document, and test cables and or breakout boxes. Conducts LRU interface research, process documents and collaborates with other engineers to determine best design for each set of cables. Will integrate delivered LRUs under direction of the technical lead. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Associate Engineer Electrical: 0 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree in STEM. Engineer Electrical: 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree in STEM; 0 years with a Masters. 2 Years experience using CAD design tools (NX, CATIA, Capital, etc.) 2 Years experience creating PDP or other PLM product. Required for both levels: US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Associate Engineer Electrical: Familiar with CAD design tools (NX, CATIA, Capital, etc) Engineer Electrical: 2 Years of experience with electro-mechanical or instrumentation system development and design 2 Years of cable/harness design experience following military, and or aviation standards. Both Levels: US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
