What You'll Get To Do:

The successful candidate will lead the Launch Support System software testing and integration and serve as the technical lead for all testing activities. Responsibilities include:
• Directing test and integration events at multiple deployed locations to include government oversight & insight test events.
• Development & creation of SW/HW emulation environments to perform unit and system test events.
• Authoring and peer reviewing comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures, and reports using various MBSE tools.
• Overseeing and tracking progress in an agile based work environment. 
• Interfacing with cross functional internal and external teams/stakeholders, government agencies & customers, and other parties critical to system integration & success. 
• Review and evaluate test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
• Perform technical analysis of complete system and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.
• Participate and lead test readiness reviews and interface directly with various test planning teams to ensure all test objectives are being achieved.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 Years of experience with a Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with a Masters; 4 Years with a PhD. 4 Years of relevant experience may be used in addition in lieu of formal degree.
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need 
• Knowledgeable in high assurance software, hardware/software interfaces, programming of embedded processors utilizing a Real Time Operating System (RTOS), real-time and post processing data analytics, object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proficient in Hardware Emulation / Simulation development environments
• Proficient in coding/implantation of C++ & C Sharp language 
• Experience with source code coverage tools
• Experience with Real Time Component Framework (RTCF)
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Developing and / or performing Automated Test
• Experience leading test events, reviews, and reports.
• Experience in creation of test plans, procedures, CONOPS, and other related artifacts critical to system test & verification.
• Experience working & interfacing with customer representatives in a government oversight environment. 
• Working knowledge of MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs.
• Ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
• Proficient in MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs.
• Experience in agile environment leveraging Jira & Confluence.
• Prior lead or management experience in a system test environment. 
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with investigation completed within the last 6 years.
• Experience with Weapon Systems, Missile/Rocket Systems, or DOD programs
• COMPTia Security+ (plus) Certification.

Salary Range: $104,400 - $156,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
