Assembly Operator
Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour for Operator I roles in our Faucet, Distribution, and Plastics plants, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.
Shift Needed: Weekends - Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm for 1st shift and 5pm-5am for 2nd shift Weekday Monday-Thursday 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm 2nd shift 4:30pm-3am

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Faucets Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Performing all duties associated within the department
- Following instructions and communicating effectively
- Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Loading wash baskets for washer
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
