Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift. Â
Shift Needed: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 4:30pm – 3:00 am Â

We are looking for Operator I in our Organics department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Â

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Â
Operate and maintain Powder and Lacquer Spray Systems. Operate and maintain Powder Cure systems. Â
Wear specified personal protective equipment Â
Follow Safety Procedures for Department Areas. Â
Maintain adequate material supplies. Â
Marks materials with identifying information. Â
Inform Management of any safety or product quality concerns Â
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Â
Weighs or counts items for distribution Â
Perform any other task requested by supervision.

Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.Â
