The Cash and Trade Processing Team Coordinator is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to evaluate moderately complex and variable cash management issues with substantial potential impact and recommend an approach. Responsibilities: Serve as a source of technical expertise prior to the manager and advise on solutions to complicated and unique situations. Train new hires and junior level staff, and provide feedback and coaching to immediate team. Provide input on the workflow of the team, advise on appropriate volume of work for team members and ensure tasks are handled efficiently. Provide manager with input for performance reviews, may write or participate in appraisals. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies. Persuade and influence others through effective communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in a related role in cash and trade operations and management. Effective verbal and written skills. Effective communication and analytical skills.
