Location: Tempe, AZ
Job Type: Full-time, Perm. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday: Schedules start as early as 8am ending no later than 8pm. 1 Saturday per month, 9am-12pm.
Pay: $20-24 per hour, based on experience
Equipment: All equipment is provided by the company
*Must have broadband wired internet service at home for remote workdays, with minimum of 10 Mbps upload and download speed. Wi-Fi only and Satellite internet services are not allowed due to instability issues.
In this role, you will handle early-stage collections calls, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Creating a great customer experience during this process is one of our most important responsibilities to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Identify process improvements.
- Adhere to compliance regulations (TCPA, FDCPA, Regulation E, Z, X, V, SCRA, Flood Disaster Protection Act).
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations.
