Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19.12 - $20.88 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Weare looking for Manufacturing Associates. This position will be based at ourUnion City, TN location, where we specialize in in manufacturing high-qualityshower glass doors.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain saw and fabrication equipment to support production
  • Assemble header kits and components for shower door assemblies with accuracy
  • Adhere to Department Job Instructions (JI’s) to ensure high-quality output
  • Utilize various tools for different assembly and repair tasks
  • Repair and replace anodize stems, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Sand and repair anodize bars as necessary
  • Assemble and repair lock downs efficiently
  • Replace extrusion steel truck wheels as needed
  • Assist with lineal brushing operations when required
  • Safely operate PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle)
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Uphold excellent 5S standards in the workplace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals

BasicQualifications

  • Capable of handling up to 50 pounds
  • Actively participate in developmental training as outlined or recommended
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery
