- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of bridge construction projects, from preliminary design and engineering to construction and final handover.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value optimization.
- Track expenses and prepare financial reports, ensuring that projects remain within budget.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
- Develop contingency plans and proactively manage potential project disruptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on bridge or heavy civil construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or bridge construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and budgeting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction regulations and safety standards.
