General Branch Manager (Sales Focus) (Wholesale/Retail/Warehouse/Sales/Operations)

Location: Aberdeen, Scotland. Must live within 30 min commutable distance of Aberdeen.

Salary: £50-60k DOE & Profit Share/Bonus (*Control your own destiny / Can be substantial)!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account and Territory Development: Strengthen and develop long-term relationships with clients and suppliers to outpace competitors. Revive areas of declining sales and establish your territory as the preferred supplier choice.

  • Sales Leadership: Manage and inspire field sales teams and account managers, ensuring they hit targets and exceed expectations.
