Our Client in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their property maintenance team.
The position offers a salary of £32,323 per year and requires 2 years of experience in electrical installations.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, focusing on general electrical maintenance and improvements to domestic properties.
Candidates must hold a CSCS card, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations, and the 18th Edition qualification.
A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

Our Client in Aberdeen are looking to add an experienced Electrician to their team. You will be based in the Aberdeen area working as part of our client's property maintenance teams.The Working Hours will be:Monday - Friday08:00-16:00The Pay Rate will be:£32,323 per yearResponsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general electrical maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
Working with kitchens and other required domestic areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance electrical work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

CSCS
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations
18th Edition
2 years' Experience
Full UK Driving License
