  • Ensure proper control and documentation of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Prepare document control reports as needed.
  • Keep physical copies of project certifications, such as material certifications and goods received notes.
  • Follow the document pack delivery schedules set by the client.
  • Enter document data into both electronic and physical systems.
  • Comply with the HSEQ Integrated Management System.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Sage and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
