Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate within offshore installation teams, and supervise more junior members within the team. Operate at Supervisor/Superintendent level as required.
  • Modify, create, check, and approve drawings, technical documents, and operational procedures.
  • Commit to Company and Client HSE policies.
  • Support project teams and tendering teams as required.
  • Participate in design reviews, HAZID's, HAZOP's, IWOP's, and similar activities.
  • Maintain upkeep of asset maintenance records and Equipment Integrity Assurance Scheme (EIAS).
  • Develop customer contact skills and contribute to IP development.
  • Manage interface processes and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation in engineering designs and solutions.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in operations management, specifically within the oil & gas sector.
  • Understanding of subsea operations and associated challenges.
  • Proficiency in creating, checking, and approving technical documents and operational procedures.
  • Ability to support project and tendering teams effectively.
  • Strong commitment to HSE policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Competence in maintaining asset maintenance records and ensuring equipment integrity.
  • Exceptional customer contact skills and capability to contribute to IP development.
