Part-time Property Administrator in Aberdeen, permanent role - salary dependent on experience.
Part-time hours to suit your personal commitments, Salary: 23k - 27k FTE
What your day to day will look like:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and landlords
- Process and distribute comms
- Coordinate tasks as directed by the Property Managers
- Manage property keys and assist with insurance claims
- Support invoice preparation and property sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and mailboxes management
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and response times
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with Office 365 proficiency
- Target-driven and works well under pressure
