A1 Jobs have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a very successful business, a leading provider in their market sees them being a preferred supplier to their customer base.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across the key sectors of interest, hospitality, healthcare, workwear, and insurance restoration. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base in the hospitality, healthcare, workwear, and insurance restoration sectors.

Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed profitability targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Leadership team.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the laundry services industry or related sectors.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required.
