  • Lead pricing initiatives for new prospects and existing clients, supporting new product launches and strategic growth.
  • Use advanced modelling to assess and refine pricing structures, making recommendations that directly impact our bottom line.
  • Build and document robust pricing models, producing profitability reports that support competitive positioning.
  • Develop processes and controls to manage pricing effectively and mitigate business risk.
  • Partner with the commercial team and foster strong relationships across departments to fuel growth.
  • Provide analysis that enables our executive team to make bold, data-driven decisions.
  • Act as a key support to the Head of Pricing, deputising when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Finance Professional: Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 2 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
  • Modelling Expert: Highly skilled in Excel and financial modelling, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: Able to tackle complex challenges, extract insights, and drive meaningful decisions.
  • Self-Starter: Organised, proactive, and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong collaborator, able to build partnerships across teams and communicate insights clearly.
