About the Role:
I am delighted to be supporting a leading non for profit organisation in Monmouthshire recruit a Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial planning and management.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Budget development and control.
- Treasury management and risk mitigation.
- Team leadership and development.
- Compliance with all relevant regulations.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Competitive salary (circa £70,000 - £80,000 per annum).
