Site Works Co-ordinator
 
Based – From St. Asaph office – Vehicle Provided
 
Our client’s purpose is to deliver various decarbonisation works to their companies existing housing stock. A busy environment which has resulted in our client seeking an experienced Site Works Co-ordinator to join the team.
 
Start date early July 2024
 
Rate - Circa £17.00ph depending on experience, qualification and suitability 
 
Job role
 
Would involve attending various live works sites in tenanted properties to inspect ongoing works, and lease with tenants pre & during the works to ensure 
 
Work's progress as planned. The role would also involve ensuring our CDM responsibilities as principal contractor is met, also including the following.
 
  • Will include tenant liaison duties
  • 1st point of contact for tenants pre and during the works.
  •        Weekly site inspection 
  • Welfare management including ordering, maintain and relocating.
  •         Post inspections
  •        Weekly H&S inspections
  •        Weekly Scaffold checks
  • Assist handover
  • Request enabling works
  • Request and manage remedial works
  • Review asbestos reports, request new if req
  •        Attend and contribute at site progress meetings
 
Assist with tenant engagement events prior to area installs
managing and planning welfare arrangements, scaffold inspections, carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks and attending progress meetings. Waste management and skip ordering also a requirement.
 
 
Experience all desirable
 
Working in construction industry
Worked within social housing 
Experience of decarbonisation works
