Put your Construction & Organisational skills to use! Go2people are working on behalf of their client to find a Site Works Co-ordinator, to work for a company who are a diverse group of people all working together on a mission.
In the role of Site Works Co-ordinator your duties will include:
- Tenant liaison duties
- Being 1st point of contact for tenants pre and during the works
- Weekly site inspection’s
- Welfare management including ordering, maintain and relocating.
- Post inspections
- Weekly H&S inspections
- Weekly scaffold checks
- Assist handover’s
- Requesting and managing remedial works
- Reviewing asbestos reports
- Attending site progress meetings
- Managing and planning welfare arrangements
- Carrying out site inductions
To be successful in the role of Site Works Co-ordinator you will need to have:
- Experience of working in the construction industry
- Experience in working within a social housing environment
- Experience of decarbonisation works
- Previous experience in site management / supervision
- IT
- A CSCS card
- SMSTS certificate
- Full UK licence
This is a full time temporary role for between 2 – 6 months, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm on an hourly rate of £16.00. Starting at the beginning of July.
