Put your Construction & Organisational skills to use! Go2people are working on behalf of their client to find a Site Works Co-ordinator, to work for a company who are a diverse group of people all working together on a mission.

In the role of Site Works Co-ordinator your duties will include:

  • Tenant liaison duties
  • Being 1st point of contact for tenants pre and during the works
  • Weekly site inspection’s
  • Welfare management including ordering, maintain and relocating.
  • Post inspections
  • Weekly H&S inspections
  • Weekly scaffold checks
  • Assist handover’s
  • Requesting and managing remedial works
  • Reviewing asbestos reports
  • Attending site progress meetings
  • Managing and planning welfare arrangements
  • Carrying out site inductions

To be successful in the role of Site Works Co-ordinator you will need to have:

  • Experience of working in the construction industry
  • Experience in working within a social housing environment
  • Experience of decarbonisation works
  • Previous experience in site management / supervision
  • IT
  • A CSCS card
  • SMSTS certificate
  • Full UK licence

This is a full time temporary role for between 2 – 6 months, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm on an hourly rate of £16.00. Starting at the beginning of July.
