- Conduct initial learner assessments and interviews using a range of evaluation tools.
- Deliver engaging induction sessions, introducing learners to digital platforms, curriculum, and qualifications. Plan and implement structured learning and assessment processes, ensuring learnersā needs are met.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans with a focus on teaching strategies, including whole-class, group, and individual learning activities. Provide targeted support for learners with additional learning needs or those at pre-entry level.
- Deliver direct teaching sessions and facilitate active learner engagement.
- Work closely with learnersā Lead Workers to support progression and career development.
- Maintain learner records, ensuring all assessments, progress reviews, and documentation are updated onto the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support training and learner-related documentation.
- Experience working with young people.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Understanding of Safeguarding and GPDR.
- Ability to develop course materials and support learner progression.
- PGCE or relevant trainer qualification. (Desirable)
- CAVA qualification or equivalent. (Desirable)
- Experience working with vulnerable adults.
- Full driving license with access to own vehicle.
